Reena Mehta

Head of Grants and Impact

Reena joined the team from learning disability charity, Mencap, where she held several different strategic roles. Prior to that she worked in grant-making at The Boots Benevolent Fund.

Role

Reena is one The London Community Foundation’s Heads of Grants and Impact. She works collaboratively to maintain high quality, efficient and effective grant-making, ensuring that our programmes align to our vision to support a strong and diverse civil society, that tackles disadvantage and creates greater equity in London.

Reena is passionate about people and the power in each of us. She is an advocate for inclusion and equity and has an experimental mindset so is often testing and learning from different approaches to truly live and breathe our values.
