The Peabody Housing Association established the Peabody Community Fund in partnership with LCF in 2014. Each year £150,000 is available to fund organisations working with residents living in and around Peabody estates, particularly youth-led projects and activities that support wellbeing and community cohesion. So far over half a million in grants has been distributed, benefiting an estimated 14,000 people.
When we decided to fund community projects for the benefit of our residents and their local areas, we chose to partner with LCF as the most efficient way of doing this.
