It’s finally here, the return of the LCF Ideas Bank!
We want you to have the opportunity to put forward your suggestions for new methods, approaches and proposals that LCF can test out and take forward.
We’d love to receive your suggestions to make LCF a better place to work, and you’ll have a chance to win a prize.
To give you a few ideas (of an idea!)…our first ever winner back in 2018 was to have a regular team lunch & learn slot for a different beneficiary organisation to come in each month to speak to us not only about their work, but also learn what their needs are, how funders could support them better, etc. Our runners up were LCF Arts - showcasing our groups’ visual arts successes around the office, and Quiz London - a fun evening event which could help us reach out to new audiences as well as raise LCF funds.
What should I include when submitting an idea?
Select a title with meaning
Grab our attention with a succinct title, telling us what your idea is about. We want to be able to quickly understand what your idea relates to.
Share some supporting information
What? Why? How? The description should be clear and concise, with an outline of the idea detailed. Sentences should be kept short and to the point.
An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea.Buddah
Ideas win prizes
Please click on the link (ideas@londoncf.org.uk) below to tell us about your idea, and then submit the e-mail by Wednesday 31st March @ 5pm.
Everyone will then have a chance to vote for their favourite idea(s) and the first ever winner will be announced at the team meeting on 13th April.
