Born and raised in North London, Natalie describes the city as the only home she has known. London has so much to offer but these opportunities are not distributed equitably. She believes deeply in creating space for communities to be seen, heard and to be at the forefront of driving their own solutions.
Natalie has dedicated her whole career to serving London’s communities. As the Programme Delivery Director for Black Thrive they work to address structural racism within systems that sustain inequalities for Black communities. She also lectures in Public Health and is a member of the editorial board for Lancet Psychiatry.
