Kelly Rust

Director of Grants and Impact

Kelly brings 20 years of experience as a staff member, volunteer, trustee and consultant in small and large charities and social businesses, with over 13 years in senior leadership positions.

Her last role was Director of Operations at RISE Mutual CIC where she oversaw behavioural change programmes for offenders – primarily around domestic abuse and acquisitive crime, but also services for victims of domestic abuse and young offenders. Previous roles include managing quality, projects and partnerships at CGL (a substance misuse charity), roles at Australian Red Cross, Deputy Director at Prisoners’ Education Trust and Head of Operations & Resources at BASSAC. Kelly is also a trustee of SafeLives – a charity working to end domestic abuse.


Kelly is LCF’s Director of Grants and Impact which means she is responsible for all programme strategy and operational delivery, overseeing LCF’s >70 grant making programmes and fantastic programmes team - the ‘heartbeat’ of LCF!
