Learning Partner - MOPAC VAWG Grassroots Fund and Home Office VAWG Specialist Support Services Fund

The London Community Foundation (LCF) is appointing an external partner, or team of consultants, to undertake the design and delivery of a Learning Programme for grant recipients for two programmes it delivers: the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Grassroots Fund 2023-2025 (VAWG 2), and the Home Office VAWG Specialist Support Services Fund 2023-2025 (VSSS).

The Learning Programme will include elements of capacity building, networking, peer learning and wellbeing, and will run from 10th July 2024 to 31st March 2026. The content of the Learning Programme will be a combination of LCF-directed content and content co-designed with grant recipients. Funding for this Learning Programme has been made available by MOPAC to cover organisations with VAWG 2 grants as well as those with VSSS grants.

The total contract value for this work is £126,300, including VAT.

The deadline for submitting tenders is 5pm on 21st June 2024. For more information on the contract and application process, please see the Invitation to Tender document below:

Evaluation Partner - MOPAC VAWG Grassroots Fund

The evaluation will cover both midline and endline points within the programme, and the contract for the work is expected to run from July 2024 to March 2026. The evaluation will be co-designed with LCF and involve considerable engagement with the programmes implementing organisations and our Learning Partner. The deliverables of the evaluation should underscore achievements against the programme’s outputs, outcomes, and recommendations for future VAWG programming. The total contract value for this work is £70,000, including VAT.
